For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Trans Global online you may return your items within 30 days. Please contact: info@tgsports.co.uk to discuss the reason for your return. Use your order number and details of the item/items you wish to return and why. Items which have been damaged or abused cannot be returned. Items returned within their original packaging undamaged and unused will be issued with a refund via the original method of payment. You will have to pay for the postage.

Returns Process:

•  Contact Sunwise® Customer Care.  You must include your order number, items you wish to return, and why. You may also wish to call Customer Care on +44 1865 714 620. 
• Package your Sunwise® items to be returned in safe and secure packaging. The original order number must be written on the outside packaging as well as the inside on the original documentation. When returning items to us it is suggested to use a traceable or tracking service with insurance. Once you recieve a tracking number, please place this number into the returns portal. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods. Trans Global Sports Ltd will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
• When we receive your returned goods at Sunwise® head office and your returned item(s) have been verified correct and in original condition we will issue the refund for the price of the item(s) to the original payment method or credited to your account. Completed within 30 days of receipt.
